Architectural Maximisation: I designed a structure that spanned the full width of her garden, and maximised the full height allowed, ensuring every square inch was used for a spacious, airy feel that standard models lack.

Total Project Management: I navigated the entire lifecycle, from the initial site survey and budget breakdown to the technical specifications of the guttering and final internal finishes.

Specification: I curated a sophisticated palette and high-end decking, while specifying suitable heating, cooling and lighting systems to ensure a perfect, year-round climate for long workdays.

The Monday-Ready Finish: beyond the construction, I managed the furniture installation and IT-readiness. When Ali returned from a business trip in Sydney, she didn't walk into a shed; she walked into a fully operational, styled office—complete with a stocked desk and a quiet atmosphere.
